Is this another one of those state-the-bleeding obvious but don't ask-any-inconvenient questions programmes on economics the BBC does so well at?

I watched it first time round and thought that it was very badly done. The programme was hopping about all over the place with no coherence. At the end I felt as if I'd watched a series of unconnected items.

I was rather disappointed with the series, Liverpool hardly got a mention.
