Ive used these for 2 years and never had a problem. Paypal is one of the most widely used payment method now especially after ebays rise and I believe the lowest charges. I pay by cheque and get all the contact details when I check out...hope this helps you..if in doubt email them...Even on the likes of Amazon I cant see contact details, Vat number etc.....have no fear they wont let you down

Usually when they say its an 'ex store name' they have cut the labels as this is law to prevent a full refund form the store they are from, I buy from wholesalers and resell and have to cut the labels if they are still visable or black then out unless its licensed stuff eg disney, warner bros which then they can keep the labels.

I agree, these are one of my favourites and the pictures dont do the items justice in the bargain knitwear...I got 2 of the hand knitted jumpers and they are 100% cotton and very high quality for £2.99
