Yes loans offer without application!!

Hi i dont know if anyone else has had this happen to them but today we recieved a loan offer from Yes loans saying we had applied for it! we have not approached them in any way yet they had our bank account details, address, work info, home and mobile phone numbers. Some of the details were incorrect e.g. dependants it said we had none but we have 4, time with employer was wrong and time with bank was wrong!! We are totally shocked that this could happen!! We rang a contact number and demanded that they tell us how they got the info they asked us to hold - then hung up!! Also this maybe connected, a while ago payday loans contacted me at work and told me i had applied for a loan when i clearly had not, when i asked them how they got my info they apologised and hung up! It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can help or share similar storys!!

Have you checked your credit files to see if any loans have been taken out in your name?

Make sure that your identification has not been stolen.
As previous poster states check your credit files.
