Asda Mispricing Policy ?

Just bought a box of this Ecover washing powder thats mentioned on the Tesco Mispricing threads - its non bio and has a pink try me free sticker.
Asdas shelf price ticket is £3.78 but it scans at £4.38. Does anyone know what Asdas mispricing policy is ? - don't want to part with the receipt as I'll be getting a refund from Ecover when I tell them I don't rate the product.

I think they refund the difference and give you a goodwill gift card with £2 on.0

That is correct, but be prepared to ask for the card with the £2 on as in my experience they often will try to only give you the difference.Now thanks to Tommix & Queen Bear, now Lady Westy of Woodpecker

They gave me the £2.00 back. I had to explain that Tesco would have refunded the whole amount for them to give me a gift card.
