just wondered what you thought of my letter my husband and best friend found it amusing......
I my letter dated XXXXXX I requested any signed agreement you must hold stating that I have agreed to pay any disproportionate charges you decide to place on the account, as I am fully aware no such agreement exists and you have no right to add these charges.
Also in my previous letter I have pointed out that I have not at any point refused to pay the balance I owe just simply the charges you choose to add any time you bloody feel like it.
When I spoke to an agent of yours on the phone to pay the £30 she refused payment and said that I had to pay £50, she refused to take payment.
but as you record all calls i am sure you can work out who that was.
Also I have noted that you have added the charge to my account before the direct debit was missed, if your precognition powers are that strong may I suggest you are in the wrong line of business?
If you confirm in writing that you agree to accept the £30 that I owe you and drop the charges I will pay it immediately, but you must agree to this in writing (as unfortunately I only have hind sight not future sight),
Also I would like to note that in the very same letter I stated that I will not accept any home visits or telephone calls,on 02/02/10 a woman appeared on my doorstep, she was politely told to leave. I will not tolerate this blatantly disregard for my legal and personal rights.
If your contempt continues I will have no choice but to report you to the relevant authorities.
But I guess I don't need to warn you of that you could probably see it coming
Kind regards:D
