I got charged for mine and the driver didn't know anything about it so rang up and eventually got a refund via customer service

I was also charged for mine on Sunday, driver didn't know anything about it, used the contact form to customer service yesterday, just had a nice email and very nice lady on the phone, I am getting a refund.

I tried to order Strawberry, but it came up as chocolate. Put a "note", but it didn't help. Plus charged, so sent it back.
