OH and his ex have a legal agreement for maintenance. It was added when the solicitor drew up the divorce papers. Its not spousal, just a % of OH's wages. BM has remarried. Does this make the document void? Should we be looking at making a new one?
Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!

If it was a consent order, it can be reviewed after 2 years. If you are both happy with it, then there is no need to change it and it will still be valid.0

Is the Child Maint? If so the following is true :
After 12Months you can go to CSA. The CSA can override the consent order.
If you are the NRP then you have to ask CSA to-do a manual calculation as the computer system will not allow them to-do a calculation if the RP does not agree.
You should ask the CSA to write to the court to advise them that you are 'going with the csa rules'
If its spousal then if circumstances change you can apply for a variation. But it can go up as well as down.
Cheers
Steve
