Line Of Credit

I have some equity in property which I would like to release in order for me to develop another.

Can anyone advise me how/where to start looking and possible best choices?

Thanks

Assuming that you have a mortgage on the currrent property the first port of call would normally be your mortgage provider.

  • Apologises, I should have explained that I would like to generate a line of credit so I have cash available when I need it but without the overhead of a cash loan in place.

Also the equity is split over more than one property.
