Can you end a DMP after 12 months and move to cccs???

does anyone know if you can end a DMP after 12 months!?!
i've been with Debt Fixers for almost a year but i'm paying a fee of £35 per month. i've only recently heard about cccs and found out that they are a charity who dont take a fee and who dont charge the creditors.
i know debt fixers have had a fairly bad rap on a few of the forums but i'm not here to attack or defend them. all i can say is that i had no problems with them and they have helped me out... But!! i would rather pay the £35 fee to the creditor through cccs if i had the option.
So.... can i end my contract with debt fixers after 12 months (with no penalty) and let cccs communicate with my creditors. I've read my contract but like most it doesn't say if i can or cant (not that i can see).
Anyone else had similar issues?!?
