Free electoral roll search?

I know this has been asked several times already by searching on Google, but all those threads seem to be at least a year old... does anyone know where I can search the electoral roll for free?

I really need to find someone that isn't in my area too, so I can't just go to the local library. :(

192 is not a free service though, you have to buy credits to get the results.

yu cant search in your library anymore as they no longer hold the electoral rolls due to the Data Protection Act.

  • 192 gives partial results with the important bits greyed out and you then have to buy credits, frankly it's a bit out of date too..........
