From looking at other threads, and having done my own research, the main advice is avoid the big brands and big stores and go for an independent online or local retailer offering mattresses from smaller manufacturers. This will get you more quality and cheaper prices.
Dreams, for example, don ;t even give a detailed spec of the quality of the memory foam or the rest of the mattress, not even how many pocket springs it has - I wonder why... and it's very expensive.I'm a pharmacist, not a psychic. :rotfl:0 -
Spot on titanflux :T
I should also add that if anyone is worried about buying on line because they can't try the mattress out then they should consider the following:- You can only get a very rough idea by laying on a bed in a store, fully clothed.
- If you buy from a seller who gives a proper satisfaction guarantee, that allows you to unpack and sleep on the mattress then it is in their interest to make sure that you make the right choice the first tim. Otherwise it would cost them money.

My question is though, where are such sellers as any I've found thus far dont allow you to unpack the mattress then return.
Any suggestions of sellers you have used/found offering this?
TIAIf only I could stop finding good bargains on this site, I would save a fortune! :rotfl:0 -

You would have to google it, then read terms and conditions for the sellers.0 -
