Can you get coats re-lined?

Well, I was going to get my two winter coats dry-cleaned before I put them away (have silk skirt that needs doing - was a bargain at a tenner but trust me not to look at the label...), but the inside of my lovely green coat is totally ripped - it started to wear on the hips where my bag rubs against my hip bones lol, and now the inside is completely torn apart. The outside it still lovely and perfect - only bought it this autumn! Is it possibly to have coats relined? Not handy with the sewing machine sadly, and they're only H&M coats but that needs to last me another winter, lol!
Hope this is the right place for this question...

try a local dressmaker or tailor. you could ask in a local knitting/sewing machine shop/fabrick shop or somewhere like thatCarolbee0

Might be worth checking local dry cleaners too - some of them do repairs and alterations so may be able to arrange for a coat to be re-lined.0
