Thanks everyone, i am ecstatic, the LL has also agreed in priciple even knowing all about our situation. I honestly didnt expect it to happen i have read on here so many people saying their LL has been great when they found out but i didnt expect one who doesnt know us to be fine with it, so as long as they dont wake up in the next few days and change their minds, we are going to be moving middle of next month!!!!!!!:beer::j:beer::j:beer::j:beer::j

That's great ... good to know as well since our LL called to say the house is on the market (great 2 weeks b4 xmas ) so we are going to have to move too ...Got appointment with money matters on 12th Feb re: Scottish LILA BR :Dfingers crossed
