Letter after 10 years

  • I am about to print off the statute barred letter, and notice it say's 'Sign Digitally'

    Does that mean don't actually sign the letter? I know I am probably being dumb, but I just want to get it right.

    Just write you name by hand, rather than use your signature.

    Simplest way. :)

    Sorry Tine, but that is not true. It's nonsense often spouted by DCAs, but it is a deliberate and cynical misrepresentation of the law.

    Had a total of £8200 of debt written off due to harassment during 2010 and 2012.

    Just thought you'd like to know.

    Got a reply from Debt Management Ltd saying that they have now closed my file and passed it back to the company they bought the debt from.

    It always amazes me how they wait so long before contacting people.
    I always got hounded straightaway for missing one payment :( wish mine would of let mine go SB lol x
