Shared Equity Help

Hello,

This is the first time I have posted.

I have a 40% share (£51,600) in what was a £129,000 flat and have been here for 3yrs originally on a 2yr fixed rate and now on a tracker but am not tied in to a contract with Halifax.

I think the property is now worth £120,000(ish) so I am just in equity.

I am finding it very difficult re-mortgaging as i want to buy more shares which I can do in 10% blocks based on the current market value, ideally i want to buy it outright but this seems impossible as we do not have a deposit to make up the difference in LTV.

I dont know whether it is worth buying anymore now and just stick at 40%.

Does anyone have any advice??

Hope this all makes sense.:)
