Reactivating a pre-BR Creditcard

I was discharged last November (early) and sorting through some old paperwork today came across a statement for a credit card (zero balance) so therefore was not party of my BR. Is there any legal problems with me giving them a call to see if I can have a new card?
Not looking to get loads of credit again obviously but would like to start the rebuilding process and getting some green ticks.

The fact that there was a zero balance is irrelevant, you still should have put it on your BR forms, they ask for details of ALL credit cards held, not just those you owe money to. In theory the account belongs to the OR just as those with debts that may have been missed off your forms do and isn't yours to use.
