Conductivity Gel

There are a number of Companies that sell the conductivity gel for the belts that are supposed to tighten your stomach muscels. The problem is is that the replacement gel is very expensive. They say its a specialist gel! Its usually sold at a specialist price too. This can vary from about £6.00 to £10.00 . My suggestion is to use KY Gel from the local store our chemist at around £4.00 a tube. You might get a funny look when you but it but you will save a bit of money.

You can actually use virtually any shower cosmetic that says the word "aqua" on the back. I usually use shower gel and it never damages the belt.
The companies will have you believe you need to buy there gels but any of these products conduct just as well0 -

I use a heart rate monitor when I cycle & exercise.
That needs good conduction too.
The instructions for that suggest you spit on it!How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -
