Help, I forgot the yeast!

Decided to make some rolls, so I got all the ingredients mixed up in my Kitchen Aid and then realised that I'd completely forgotten to add the yeast.
So, any ideas what I can do with the dough? It's all completely mixed, so adding the yeast now wouldn't work. I was wondering if I could use it to make pizza bases. Obviously, they wouldn't rise, so they'd be thin and crispy ones, but do you think it would work? Or have any of you some other ideas.
Doh! I can't believe I did that! :rotfl:

Make a second lot of dough with a generous amount of yeast and knead them together, then freeze half for later?Val.0

I think that would work as a pizza base, or you could use some as pitta bread.Life is not a dress rehearsal.0

Thanks. Only just got back to read the replies, so I'd already made a second batch and made the rolls out of that. I think I'll make pizza bases for dinner tomorrow with the un-yeasted one.0
