Can you heat these up. I would like to make a prawn puri but the recipe says have uncooked ones. I only have cooked prawns. Is this safe?

Well I always heat them up.0

I alway do!
I throughly defrost them first (about 8 hours), drain them, then toss them in the dish for the last few minutes of cooking.

You can defrost rapidly in cold running water though I think they hold texture better when defrosted normally.0
