OberonSH, The wine at Lidl and Aldi has proven to be more than satisfactory for me and OH since our moneysaving venture began. Do you drink red or white? We drink red and have had boxes (erm, note plural) of Aussie Shiraz from Lidl - 3L for £8.99, very acceptable! Got some Hungarian Merlot last week at Aldi. I never pay more than £3 a bottle now, much less if I can help it! Have also had Spanish Crianza from Lidl recently at £2.29 - very good for the price.Official DFW Nerd No 096 - Proud to have dealt with my debt!0
