I've just realised I dont have any single cream for my quiche tonight.
To save me going to the dreaded Tescos on my way home from work I just wondered if I could use ff milk instead?
I usually do 3 x eggs to 300ml cream for what its worth... Thanks!

Hiya, i always use milk for my quiche, i normally use about 1/4 of a pint with one large egg or two medium mixed together. It sets lovely and people always compliment me on the quiche so it must be ok!

silly question possibly, but what's FF milk? I can't work out what the FF stands for?
Edit - it's just clicked! Full fat!:rotfl:A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

I have used full fat milk before, and despite someone on here telling me my recipe was all wrong
, it tasted fine to me!

FF could be full fat, or fat free, but tbh any milk will work in a quiche, its the egg that makes it set
