Can you make quiche with ff milk?

I've just realised I dont have any single cream for my quiche tonight.

To save me going to the dreaded Tescos on my way home from work I just wondered if I could use ff milk instead?

I usually do 3 x eggs to 300ml cream for what its worth... Thanks!

  • Hiya, i always use milk for my quiche, i normally use about 1/4 of a pint with one large egg or two medium mixed together. It sets lovely and people always compliment me on the quiche so it must be ok!

I have used full fat milk before, and despite someone on here telling me my recipe was all wrong ;), it tasted fine to me!

FF could be full fat, or fat free, but tbh any milk will work in a quiche, its the egg that makes it set
