The T & Cs say:
if the winner’s mortgage or rental arrangements are not clearly identifiable from a mortgage agreement or tenancy agreement, then the Promoter shall decide in its sole discretion whether an amount is to be paid, and if applicable, the amount to be paid to the winner based on any other evidence of mortgage or rent payments which can be given by the winner.
Looks to me that if you can't prove you have a mortgage or rent agreement, they will decide whether to pay anything or not, not that you can't enter if you haven't got either.Luck is believing you’re lucky – Tennessee Williams

Yes, I went back to reread T&Cs and I think you are probably right. I have emailed them to check.

I'm still confused...surely you could still be eligible for all the other stuff...car, holiday and the cash....I'd be very, very happy with that part of the prize ( I wish) and have to decline the mortgage/rent part of it.......I've entered and I'll let you know what happens if I get the call...;)0
