i remember o2 did the same to me, topped up by debit card £15 and got charged twice.. i was gonna ring up later on in the afternoon as i was at work but they sent a txt message apologising about the error, refunded the amount and gave me £4.00 to say sorry!!

  • minor forum dispute asside, markymark can point out mistakes if he likes, it just makes him look like a twt, if thats the look hes going for then good luck to him :). I rarely follow up on threads so it amuses me to think people point out my poor typing, dyslexia, lack of care etc, I never read it and it wastes there (;) - ah i amuse myself if no one else) time, so everyones a winner. Except the loooosa ;)

I think if a staff member is going to act illegally then there is little ZeroToo can do about it, if it's really fraud - get complaining to the right people! I think it's unfair to blame the company just yet. PayG is the way forward, I just buy Orange over the counter top up cards, never had a problem.

Sorry but to simple me that doesn't make sense. The word spelling is a verb so I thought that was the action you were complaining about. So from your sentence if you are talking about a list why is a Company name either right or wrong if you are not talking about the spelling of the name? Also what do you mean by "whatever" is either right or wrong? ""Whatever" could cover anything, including you or me. How are we either right or wrong?
Spelling is a noun; to spell is a verb.

A company name can be wrong without being spelt wrong; spelling can be wrong without relating to a company name. The two are not mutually exclusive but nor are they one and the same thing.

Whatever is a third thing in the list; hence the list takes a plural verb.

What a usless post. Have you got nothing better to do, that pick up on ppl's mistakes! we all knew what they were on about.

actually (ducks head!) i think its important to get it right so when people are searching, they get all the information come up - if you put zero-2 then your valuable post may be missed.

of course, all my posts are immaculately spelt with no mistakes at all ever
