  • OH's ice cream birthday cake was £5 less than expected so that went right in the pot putting me ahead. I previously would have just put that in my purse and it would have 'disappeared' but this challenge is making me think about every pound I spend and if it would be better in my jar.

    missed out on january but hopefully with a quid a day plus shrapnel and i get alot being a waitress then hopefully i'll catch up in no time
  • Just put another £7 in for the week, need to stay ahead as will be short by the end of the month.

    Good to see we needed a part 2. Good going everyone. Moped not gone to garage (so no huge bill yet) and friend just popped over to pay money he owed so £28 done.
