You can just enter on a different picture. I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter which one you enter from as it says "Winners will be contacted immediately afterwards for their choice of image and message", and you can probably only enter once anyway.

He wouldn't even see the message anyway. The message is written by a computer that mimics his handwriting, and the signature is just a copy, not the real thing.
