IPA Payments

Hi All
Searching the forum I can't seem to find the answer so thought i'd put it out there and see if anyone can help.
I declared BR on 4th December 2009, had my OR meeting on 21st December, which went really well. Can't believe how supportive they were, even got told that they would put me forward for early discharge as they felt I was put in to a situation out of my control, anyway I digress, back to my original question.
I agreed to an IPA (£886 per month) Moonbeever have been in touch to request my wage slips with regards to my Nil tax code but haven't been in touch to start making my IPA payments. Does anyone know how long this usually takes?
Also will they want the payments of £886 per month back dated from the date I was declared BR, or will they start from the date they finally request it?
Im also planning to move house end of March, my rent will be going up as i'll be moving in by myself, not sharing anymore.
Will they minus the extra rent from my IPA or do I have to pay the extra out of my money I have left??
Hopefully someone can help.
Thank you

Hi bear, the surplus IPA payments will start from when they take the first payment, so they wont back date it.
If you change circumstances they will reasses the whole amountHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0 -

couple of months usually, they might be concentrating on the NT stuff at the moment as it is coming up to financial year endHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Yeah they requested my last 3 months pay slips a couple of weeks ago, they've acknowledged that my Nil Tax code isn't in place yet and returned my copies.
Thank you for your advice)
