dvd aerobics workout - tesco

hiya

i'm shopping at tescos tomorrow does anyone have suggestions for a 20 minute dvd aerobics workout?

there are so many out there its difficult knowing which 1 to choose

I've got Davina Fit and I find that really good. It has 4 x 30min workouts, aerobics, top fit, bottom fit and kick fit. It also has a yoga section to do after the workouts.

Another vote for Davina Fit - each 30 minute workout has it's own warm up and cool down included - I find the workouts don't feel too hard when you're doing them, but you certainly feel it the next day!!!

I'd say Davina's would seem the best, of all the health and fitness mag reviews I've read, Davina's seems to come up top each time (and this is years of reading) other DVDs seem to have the gimmik of a shrunken celeb on the cover (soon to gain back all the weight and more 8 months later) yet Davina's DVDs seem to be (in reviews) the most interesting and not as gurelling. (unless you wanted the pain=gain part! -not neseccary btw if you exercise regularly) Davina also never had to use the size zero gimmik to sell DVDs either.

I have to hold my hands up though and say I've never tried a fitness DVD (small flat, no air con, no shower! Plus gym membership I refuse to spend any more cash on exercise!) but I have read many a review.
