Credit Builder

Hi, I have a poor credit rating. Have sorted myself out and have learnt lessons the hard way! I am now trying to build my credit score but its slow! I have been looking into the credit builder card but would like some more info before I sign up! Is it as good/easy as it sounds?????
Please let me know your thoughts/experiences with this card
