Free 90 Day Personal Development Plan

Hi Guys
I don't post very often on here, even though I spend a lot of time on here reading things.
I signed up to receive this free 90 day personal development plan and although I am only 30 days in, I have found all of the content really helpful so I thought I would share the tip.
I'm a sucker for buying self help books at this time of the year, but this has been far more useful and it was free.
I can't put the link in as I am a new user but the website is for Michael Heppell, so you should be able to find it via Google.
Hope it helps

so suspect they will "pester" you to sign upEx forum ambassador

I've just checked and you only need to give your name and email address. You don't need to give your address or phone number. Also, it does say "No spam policy".
I'm going to try it with the email address I use for freebies!0
