Which is the best to check 90% mortgages with all available deals on and the ability to compare those with/without fees etc?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Start off with moneysupermarket and use " whatsthecost" to work out the best deal for your needs0

It's not for me but thanks anyway.
I know that site but seemingly wants to know all sorts of personal info first.
In short my sister is looking at a mortgage with her boyfriend and I know how good our (the bank I work for's) first time buyer deals are but I would point her elsewhere of course if she can get better.0 -
I would use moneysupermarket to find which lenders do 90% LTV and then go on that lenders website to find out more or look for a good whole of market broker.0

the reason they want personal information is because they make a fabulous living auctioning it off to brokers behind the scenes!!
make sure you read the T&C's before clicking to say that you have, this will save you being called if you don't want it and also save a broker a few quid!!
edit..........why not arrange a meeting whith a whole of market broker and go along with her?Happily an ex mortgage broker!0
