Been looking through the web, found a new thing. Where you agree to rent a house from a housing association or some other scheme for a set time, they then give you it back to use towards a deposit for that house on a mortgage. i seen Homebuy do it but thats only available in England. Does anyone no if available in Scotland, or will be at some point?
Thanks
Craig
