Phoned (again) today to get the refund of the voucher amount as goods had arrived.
Was told as I didn't open an account but paid by CC they couldn't give the refund,it had to be done by a different department.
I asked how I would know when it was done and was told to look at my next CC statement (In a months time - fantastic) but on further questioning they told me to phone back in a week or so.

And they sent the wrong colour.

No wonder the only people who use this lot are people with vouchers and fools who buy their overpriced goods on tick.

finally got mine today.
not as tight a fit as my superstars, but snug enough

My invoice tells me £19, but on my online account it says that the £15 voucher will be credited back to my CC, so all looks well

I do try but work alot and when I do come on here, theres like a million new posts.. So many people on here now compared to a few months ago.. Its crazy
