What to do with dried banana chips??

Options
Hi,
I have a HUGE bag of banana chips that was given to me and have been slowly making my way through them (snacking etc) and am starting to get sick of them.
Is there anything else I can do with them? i.e. cooking or baking-wise?
Sorry if this is a dupe, have searched everywhere but not found anything.

Thanks :o

how about blitzing them up and throwing some into Twink's hobnob recipe? Or adding to blitzed biscuits in a cheesecake base?

  • I add them to twinks too with chunks of toffee .........yum.
Try soaking them first to plump up and add to a cake mix as well
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

I like to use them in yogurt, i always put them in the night before its eaten and sometimes longer so that they plump up.
