Overpayment of childcare allowance

All it is is that someone has messed up royally and they are trying to cover their backs. Just raise the internal grievance - nothing personal - you're not trying to kick up a fuss or cause any problems for anyone - all you want is to be treated fairly. Just ask for a copy of their grievance procedure from HR and make your case."One day I realised that when you are lying in your grave, it's no good saying, "I was too shy, too frightened."
Because by then you've blown your chances. That's it."0 -
So have they produced the 'standard' conditions applying to the allowance? Is it really just for pre-school childcare? Thanks for the advice. Although they have stated that there is no signed paperwork anywhere, they said in their letter: "As you received the childcare allowance, it is reasonable to assume that your were aware of the conditions which applied to the payment of the allowance". Is it just me, but I find that statement incredible.Signature removed for peace of mind0
