I cooked the meatballs and goats cheese reciepe I saw someone mention on here (it was lovely!), but now I've got half a jar of passatta and some goats cheese left which I don't want to waste! After having spaghetti with the meatballs and goats cheese sauce for the past two days I'm a bit fed up of pasta so can anyone suggest something to do with these ingredients that would great! I have:
Half a jar of Passatta
Goats cheese
red pepper
courgette
onion
chicken
eggs
rice
potatoe
Thanks x

How about chicken breasts stuffed with goats cheese. Then baked in a tomatoey sauce with chopped up peppers and courgette and served with rice?Man plans and God laughs...Perhaps travel cannot prevent bigotry. But by demonstrating that all people cry, laugh, eat, worry and die, it introduces the idea that if we try to understand each other, we may even become friends.0

I was thinking similar to Ladyhawk as is chicken baked in tomatoe sauce(madeof the passata, red pepper, onion, courgette with the goats cheese on top served with either the rice or mash potatoe.

Thanks for that! Chicken and goats cheese with a tomatoe veg sauce. Sounds yummy
Not looked at the lovefood hate waste website before so I'll take a look later.
Ohh...pizza sounds good too. Think the last time I made a pizza base was when I was in secondary school, which is rather a long time ago now! Trying to do more home cooking so maybe I should give it a whirl!Mortgage-free wannabe 2025 £571/30000 -
Stuffed peppers (or stuffed courgettes) with the rice and cheese and veg. Pizza as I can see has already been mentioned.
You can freeze the rice, cheese and passata and chicken (amongst other things), so don't feel you HAVE to use them
Egg fried rice? (or check the rest of that thread for rice suggestions)

If you had some flour and butter to make pastry, you could make some sort of goat's cheese, onion and red pepper tarts. You could make a Spanish omelette out of the eggs, potato and onion and have that cold in a sandwich tomorrow.0
