Hello All,
Continuing my efforts for a high protein, diet friendly MSE menu, has anyone got any ideas as to what I might put in my lunchbox?
I am getting a bit fed up with sandwiches!
Many thanks,
QB

How about pasta salad? If you use a smallish amount of pasta with lots of veg and some tuna / ham / chicken / whatever and a bit dressing it should be low fat and pretty tasty. (My favourite, for the record, is tuna, cherry toms and pesto - very nice indeed!)
You could do something similar with beans, too - I haven't tried making it myself but Waitrose do one with mixed beans, peppers and tomatoes in a Cajun-style dressing which I keep meaning to try and recreate.Back after a very long break!0
