Hi
As a sole trader do I need to produce audited accounts when applying for a mortgage or can I produce accounts that I have made up myself and 3 years tax return slips?
Thanks
Stuart

Your accounts will not need to be audited. Do I take it you prepare your accounts yourself without using an accountant? If so, three years accounts and tax returns should be fine. They may also ask for copies of your bank account statements to back up your earnings.
