The National Assembly for Wales has provided free swimming for kids during the holidays at all council leisure centres. Not sure if you have to be a resident, but worth a try if your on your hols in wales and it rains, and you want to entertain the kids for a bit.
I also think over 60's go free too.

im moving to aylesbury and there pool is nice but oh so expensive,

why cant the whole of britain follow what they have done in scotland and give free swimming to every school child. its to encourage how to swim and also a way to get some exercise..

i wouldnt mind paying to go with my daughter regular if she got in free would save some money..

    Hi jockettuk,

Just noticed you're moving to Aylesbury. We lived there until 18 months ago - so if you need to know anything at all about the place, please feel free to e-mail me on rmchex@yahoo.co.uk.

    Good luck with the move!
