Hello All

I have a half full bottle of mulled wine left over from Christmas Day, do you think it will be safe to drink now/

Try a sniff test and if that works take a small sip. It may not be great but it won't poison you.

I would agree that it might not taste good, but should be safe enough, even if it has turned into oddly flavoured vinegar!
    Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!
  • If you don't fancy drinking it you could chuck it in a gravy or casserole or something??

If anything I think might be a bit stale - only thing you can do is the taste test - won't kill you. As Norman suggests you could always use it in a casserole - freeze it in ice cube tray until you need it.

All will be well in the end. If it's not well, it's not the end.
