Try a sniff test and if that works take a small sip. It may not be great but it won't poison you.0

I would agree that it might not taste good, but should be safe enough, even if it has turned into oddly flavoured vinegar!Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0

If you don't fancy drinking it you could chuck it in a gravy or casserole or something??

If anything I think might be a bit stale - only thing you can do is the taste test - won't kill you. As Norman suggests you could always use it in a casserole - freeze it in ice cube tray until you need it.I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knife
