Can someone please confirm for me that if we pay workers that work for six hours on Saturday and six hours on Sunday a total of £125 in wages, we will not be liable for tax or ni on their earnings? (This is the only time of the year that we would be employing them, as litter pickers, gate staff and car parkers for an event)
Do we still have to pay an employer's contribution?
And, do we have to get them to fill out timesheets and P60s and give them P45s?
Is there any better way of doing this to minimise the burden on my company but still stay within the law?
Thank you in advance
