    not as standard, although everything on your file is available to you under the DPA

    no, you fill in the information in the SOA (as i was saying on a post the other day, the figure at the bottom of the SOA is not the surplus as all it is, is an information sheet for the OR) and the OR just uses the calculator as a tool to work out the IPA

    So we never actually fill that out.

    But when the OR does - can he/she include other allowable expenses that are not on the form?

    (script...that has got to be one of your densest questions yet - because the answer will obviously be yes...)
