I would imagine that there are lots of Cadburys chocolate on offer at the moment.
These are the symptoms to look out for after eating it:-

Symptoms of Salmonella infection include diarrhea, abdominal cramps, fever, nausea, and/or vomiting. The diarrhea may be non-bloody, occur several times per day, and not be very voluminous, although in severe cases it may be frequent, bloody and/or mucoid, and of high volume. Fever generally occurs in the 38°C to 39°C range. Vomiting is less common than diarrhea. Headaches, myalgias (muscle pain), and arthralgias (joint pain) are often reported as well. Whereas the diarrhea typically lasts 24 to 72 hours, patients often report fatigue and other nonspecific symptoms lasting 7 days or longer.

The "BEST" that you can do is get £8 for the 2 vouchers.
Assuming that the very best bogof/3for2 offers for different sweets and/or different bars of chocolates could be on offer at different times and in different stores, and obviously you can only use each one once and for the full amount (and to "use them properly" you'd have to buy at least £3/£5 of said sweeties), then you are almost certain to "fail".
So use them at Asda or Tesco against ANY shopping.
That means there is £8 CASH still in your pocket to spend on ANY SWEETS and ANY CHOCOLATE from ANYWHERE !!

Most of mine come from a market stall where they don't take coupons to the best of my knowledge, but they do sell BARGAINS !
    I've had 1kg boxes of Trebor/Maynard/Terry's jelly babies/wine gums/fruit pastilles for £1
A box of 48 Four Finger Orange KitKat bars for £2
    3 x 300g (200g +50% free) bars of Cadburys for £1

also they frequently sell 10, or sometimes 12 and very occasionally FIFTEEN things like Crunchies, Flakes, Rolos, Mars bars, Creme eggs (all flavours), CurlyWurlys, etc. for just £1 !!!!!!!

So forget what it says on the coupon - you can't get better than £8 whatever you buy.

Sainsburys were selling the Turkish Delight and Caramel bars for 60p a couple of weks ago - I assume they were stock unaffected by the salmonella outbreak, but consumers were reluctant to buy them anyway!
If you have a factory outlet village nearby they may have a Cadbury's shop (there is one in Street, Som). I expect there will be a rash of reductions in Cadbury's chocs everywhere, to counter the bad publicity they have had about hygiene in their factories.
