I had this 2 years ago - an agency i went to got me a job, they advertised the job at an hourly rate then after a couple of months i took a days holiday and they didn't pay me - it turned out that the hourly rate had a proportion included for holiday pay!!A home is not a home ..... without a dog0

436 hours @ 12.07% = 52.63 hours holiday pay owed at your normal rate.
Kate78, I was under the impression of a EU court ruling (in 2006 I think) that all rolled up holiday pay is now illegal. I will do a bit more reading into it to see.
If Kate78 is correct (Im not saying she isnt) it may be worth looking to see if you were on a higher pay rate to include pay in respect of leave.
NHS(at least one trust does) pays the holiday rolled up as a seperate item monthly for those on zero hour contracts(and maybe other bank staff) .0
