NHS Discounts in store?

Seeing the 15% B&Q voucher got me thinking.
Homebase give you 10 or 15% (i cant rmember which) for showing your NHS ID card.
Dotty P's do 10%.
I know about the NHS cashback and NHS discounts websites but where have you been able to use it in store?
