Endowment Mis-Selling Complaint - Advice Required

Contacted the company who I believe sold me my endowment (after sending them my Complaints letter compiled from the Letter Generator). The company got back to me today advising that they had established that they were not the selling agents???? - If I walked into their office and they organised both my endowments does that not make them selling agents???? or am I missing something? To make matters worse the office has closed down. Anyway, they have onpassed my complaint to my endowment company who I've been advised should contact me within five days of receipt of my complaint. With regards to proof - I do have a Standard Security Document which shows they were my mortgage lender but I do not have any documentation to link them to my endowment...could someone please advise me on what my next move should be

They were probably tied to the company involved and that company would be recorded as the selling agents. There was a probably a company rep in that office.

nothing. The complaint has been forwarded to the insurer who would appear to be the selling agent and they will review your complaint instead.
