The fact was I didn't go into store on the off chance, I reserved a new boxed product from home. There was no apology that they didn't have a new sealed camera in a box, most electrical stores do not take display items out of cases and sell them to the customer in opened boxes as new. If you go into any large electrical retailers there are usually items disounted because they have been on display. I did not want a discount I wanted a new boxed product. Argos' customer service was rubbish.0
