Not complaining here but are the items supposed to be really hard and dry and the christmas man jelly thing was liquid is that normal? I thought the soap bar should have been soft but ive never had lust products before so I dont know.

Well done! I take it you mean Lush, as I know they had a gift set called Colour Me.
Anyway, in there you should have three ballistics - one shaped like Santa, one like a snowman and the other like a xmas pudding. These should be hard and dry, you drop them in the bath once it's run and they fizz away.
Secondly you should have a candy cane bubble bar (pink and white), this should be hard but not dry, it should crumble if you break it. Crumble this under the bath tap as you're running a bath.
Lastly the shower jelly should have consistency of actual jelly (the stuff you eat), sometimes there is a little liquid but it shouldn't all be liquid. If it is try popping it in the fridge or freezer.
