I've got half a box of biscuits for cheese in the cupboard. I don't want to eat them with just cheddar or buy different cheeses, but don't want to throw them away.
What could I do with them?
We're all veggie but we do use quorn. I look foward to your suggestions.

I'll watch this with interest as I accidentally bought two tins of bics for Christmas and we've only eaten half of one so far !!!
When I was little my Mum used to make crackers into sweet biscuits, by putting custard in between two bics and putting icing on the top. Sounds gross but tastes a bit like a vanilla slice:hello:

crunch toppings for any amounts of dishes
pasta or quorn
crunch them up and sprinkle,
particularly good with pasta we find
no one ever eats the last of the biscuits for cheese in our house despite loving them
you eat them, with cheese a couple of times, and there are always the last few left
so thats what i do with them0 -
Still really just cheese and crackers I'm afraid but a sort of speedy toasted version- stick the cracker with the cheese on top in the microwave for a few secs, cheese melts and cracker is hot but still crispy.0

i'd crush them and use of top of a veggie vegetarian bake or to crumb veggie burgers maybe or some form of bean croquette.... or if you crush them really fine, you could maybe use them to thicken soups or to add to a sauce for more body, especially if you're going to be blending it0

How about crushing them up and using them as a base for a kind of savoury cheesecake? Not that I've ever tried it myself though.Looking forward to the future.0
