*cries* I hate being in pain. I've taken more co-codamol and reckon a Kapake hit before bed would knock me out big time. But at least it's healing and hopefully I won't get dry socket

BB, I think I've got the perfect necklace for you, I got it in a charity shop a couple of months ago. It's a diamond shaped pendant with black and white geometric shapes on it, very art deco.

sounds like that will match your dress spud

BB, what did you wear for Manchester? Can you not wear that?

unfortunately the top has literally fallen to pieces and the skirt was a work one - I wear it twice a week already and if I remember I also wore it to the Leeds meet the previous year :o

    oh well, it doesn't matter.

Scaredy, it was supposed to be lemon muffins. As usual I changed the recipe - mixed peel instead of fresh, and when I tasted it it wasn't very lemony so I chucked in some lemon flavouring. But when I came to whisking it I realised that it probably hadn't been the best idea to just chuck a lump of butter in straight from the fridge. I ended up with cake mixture all over the kettle when I tried to smash the whisk into the butter. (This was after I'd tried to sieve the flour with a tea strainer before remembering I've got all sister's kitchen stuff here and borrowing her sieve). Then I realised that the muffin cases I remembered buying were actually fairy cake ones... so I had to dive into sister's stuff again for a bun tray to put them in. So not sure they're going to turn out as muffins! I'll find out soon...
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
